About Me.
My name is Beverly and some business owners call me their right hand person; others see me as their personal comedian. Either way, I'm great at both. I am a fun-loving, compassionate, ambassador of transformation (with a sarcastic sense of humour) that help heart-based, socially-responsible wellness/lifestyle small businesses with their content and business development.
I like to see it as a win win solution. Helping businesses that leave a positive blueprint for the next generations fuel my motivation. In return, entrepreneurs can rest assure, they have a loyal, honest, motivated and highly ethical team member in their court.
Ok, and someone who really love dogs and a real softspot for rescues (Ahem, check out my podcast Save A Pooch)
I have a multi-faceted background that has supported me in being able to help businesses with visions I care about. From having my own health practice to public relations, content creation, communications, digital marketing, technology and client relations, I decided it was time to heed a call and support conscious entrepreneurs. I have written pieces for the Passion Test Magazine, Examiner.com, The Family Magazine, CanFitPro, Demand Studios, Travel Beat, Tourist Travel, BootsNAll.com, WaveJourney.com.
I particularly enjoy projects that provide the world with a positive impact. In fact, I have a soft spot for coaches, practitioners, innovative startups, retreat leaders, humanitarian organizations; being a part of their vision give my values fulfillment. Several causes are also important to me such as: wellness, personal development, education, sustainable living, animal welfare, humanitarian and environmental causes.
You may ask why can I trust you with my baby? (Well if it’s a human baby, I’m not confident in diaper changing but if its your baby of a business, I got you)
Truth is, I can’t earn your trust through this site. We can talk all we want, but at the end of the day, you would have to rely on your intuition. All I can provide is a little bit more information about myself. So here’s some personal tidbits:

- I love restaurants, I mean my social life has to involve going to a restaurant. Especially Japanese, Mexican, Italian, and Mediterranean restaurants. I’m a bit of a foodie.
- I love watching martial arts movies (personally took classes in karate, kickboxing, muy thai, tai-chi) but I can no longer kick above my waist.
- I read. A lot. If you look in my e-readers’ list of books, most of it is personal development books, biographies, health books then non-fiction books.
- I love learning. Academically, I have my BA in Sociology/Criminology, a diploma in Journalism Broadcasting, a post graduate in Homeopathic Medicine, certificate in Wellness coaching. Currently, I’m enrolled with Freelance University to stay updated on some of the tech being used in the virtual world.
